Leaving the airportLeaving the Nice airport you are right on Promenade des Anglais - the main throughfare in Nice.  It runs in a huge arc around the bay with little beach spots all along.  Most of our attention was on the other side of the road, looking for our turn to head up to Eze.   Oh, and I should note that this is a four-to-six lane road with lots of traffic in a hurry.
